will the soft baits take airbrush paints?

Posted by mr.plastic on February 26, 2010 @ 5:13 am

our company has never painted any lures with a air brush. another company that helped us get started use the same type plastic we use and they made shad bodies. when the shad bodies came out of the mold they were still a little warm. they would let the lures get harder over night and then pick the lures and lay each lure in a small tray with the top of body up. they would then spray the top back side of the lure with a body shop type spray gun with the color they wanted the back to be. so to the question you asked you can spray the lures i make with paint.
