is lure paint or craft paint better??? both are water proof, craft pant cleans up with water, lure paint with turpentine.

both need a top coat of Seal Coat lure&jig finish(jans netcraft.com good stuff

I am also a newby. I live in South Africa so it would be very expensive to import Seal Coat from Netcraft. Could you give me a generic name so that I could try and source locally?
