Not sure about fiberoptic but i get my eye's from jann's netcraft.

Try witchcraft tape products (WTP). There's a link in the "Helpful Links" section of this site. They carry a wide assortment of eyes.

You can also get jeweled eye shapes from craft stores...they're supposed to be used as accents on homemade clothing...but they are essentially the same thing as the eyes you can buy from the tackle stores. The added benefit is that the clothing versions have MANY more reflective choices. I actually buy the Swarovski crystal clothing beads and use them as eyes. They reflect light like diamonds and add incredible depth to lures.
