There are a lot of different opinions out there (Devcon 2 ton epoxy is a favorite), but we recommend using Flex Coat (original high build - not the lite version). Mix equal parts on a piece of tin foil and then hold the tin foil over a lighter to heat it...that will get the bubbles out. Brush it onto your lure and then rotate the lure over the lighter again to smooth out any final bubbles that appeared during brushing. Make sure you don't hold the lure too close to the flame though - it you do you'll get a black "soot" mark on your lure.

Let it dry. That's it. No need to reapply multiple coats.

You can also add small glitter to the flex coat to give it flash. Add the glitter right after you mix the parts together and before you heat the tin foil.

That should do it! Good luck.
